The Chicken Sandwich
Initiative is a student-led
non-profit organization

together to make as many
sandwiches as possible
amidst our ‘Sandwich
Summits’ - and via the
donations of members and
local businesses our idea
materializes into a delicious
treat for our community!

How it Started!

Hi everyone! My name is
Jamison Wu and I am a
student at Norman North
High School! Within my
Junior Year I started the
Food Club, teaching other
students how to cook for
themselves. We often
donated what we created
to Bridges, a local support
center for displaced teens.
But I noticed that our
gourmet dishes weren't
practical enough for the
growing number of
individuals relying on the
center. So, after careful
deliberation, I decided to
create the Chicken
Sandwich Initiative.
